Discover Dairy At The Round Barn
Plymouth County Fairgrounds 500 4th Ave NE, Le Mars, IA, United States“Discover Dairy” is the theme for this year’s exhibits, which include the Tonsfeldt Round Barn, which will be decorated in a way that gives visitors the experience of stepping inside new carousal-style milking parlor installed at Perry Creek Dairy, located west of Le Mars.

The class will cover all aspects of bovine reproduction, from anatomy and hormones to heat detection. Students have actual insemination practice on cattle at the Dairy Center.
